Ticket Created Date & Custom Date Field Range

    Hey Luke - have you looked at this recipe?  Could you do something similar with your custom date field and the creation date using the DATE_DIFF function?

    I did look into a bit but based on my initial message above I am not sure how to build this metric. Could you give me an example of a metric that I could copy and paste to use?

    Hi Luke,

    The best way to do this would be to create a standard calculated attribute that groups tickets within the range and outside the range.

    You'll need to use the IF/THEN  function to do this. The linked article gives some guidelines on how to use this functions.

    In the "If" part of your function, you'll need to use the DATE_DIFF function to create a boolean that will return true when your date is within the correct range.
