    Hello there! Nicereply actually offers in-signature satisfaction surveys for Zendesk support! The way it works is that you create a survey in our app and then insert an HTML survey code into your Zendesk support signatures. This way you can measure the performance of specific agents and get feedback on the specific interaction directly in every signature, and then send out another email (survey) after you resolve a ticket that is focused more on the product.
