I am modifying the default Zendesk theme to suite our needs and have two last things to modify that I have not resolved yet. I wanted to ask them here as I imagine it’s an easy fix I just haven’t found the correct section of code to remove yet.
1) I would like to remove the ability for our users to access the “Create a follow up” link from the bottom of resolved tickets within the users ticket view in the Guide/Profile section. The tickets themselves cannot be re-opened after being in a resolved status for 24 hours however we do not want to give the users the option of submitting a new ticket via the portal page at all. The other shortcuts to this have been removed except this last section.
2) I would like to remove the “Edit Profile Button” as we have disabled users from being able to modify this to begin with. I fear although disabled it will just present questions down the line about why they cannot modify this etc.
