Deal Scoring: Use Support Data

    Thanks for reaching out with the great suggestion! I'd be happy to submit a feature request on your behalf to our Voice of the Customer team.

    It is correct that although 'Total Open Tickets' is a field available on Contact Smart Lists, Lead or Deal Scoring can currently only include the basic property fields and custom fields. As a workaround, you may utilize Sell API to update a custom field with a 'has open tickets' or the number of tickets, which can then be used in the scoring formula.
