Hi ZD Product Team,
I noticed that the group setting for each account is limited to only created/selected group options.
It has the ability to assign a user to a "group name" but ZD does not have the option when to activate or include that group name under the ASSIGNEE field.
1. Collecting suspended user accounts under one group name - suspended account. This can be done but when you go into your tickets , under assignee, you will see the "suspended" group name. Which should not be there.
2. When creating advance user accounts for DEPARTMENT A. And that department is not yet ready to be assigned tickets, you cannot create users in advance without a DEFAULT GROUP forcing you to place them under a group name then they will be automatically seen under ASSIGNEE.
There is an app called Assignment Control but how can this not be a default feature in Zendesk.
