We've had the notification banner functioning in our Help Center for quite some time now that is explained in this article here. It has suddenly stopped working consistently. Doesn't load at all on mobile anymore it appears and is inconsistent on appearing when accessing our Help Center through web.
We haven't made any recent changes, so I'm not sure why the sudden change. Anyone experiencing the same issues and/or can offer advice to assist with getting it to work again? Zendesk Support was unable to assist due to the code not being provided by them. So here we are, asking for assistance where we can.
