I successfully connect JIRA and Zendesk support through add-on.
However, "field copy from a ticket" doesn't works
field types are all matched by referring to the document (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004257108-Using-the-Jira-field-syncing-feature)
let me know what's wrong with my setting
※ After saving the field mapping in JIRA add-on, go to the field mapping page again after do something, all the saved field value is disappeared. (I guess there somethins that I missed.)
