Create an option to enable or disable adding tags to drop down ticket fields

    Seconded. My organization is having the same experience as Cindy: the tags added from the ticket field drop-downs are adding noise to the ticket box, obscuring the tags we actually want to see and get value from. Since the ticket is already tagged with data in the drop-down fields, we don't need this info duplicated in the tags. We'd love to see the ability to remove the ticket field tags, or to enable/disable them altogether.
