I am writing to you to ask for your consideration for an enhancement to the Slack channel integration. In the settings, you can specify the type of notifications you receive. The list includes Ticket created, and then several "Update to ..." the various ticket statuses. The ask I have is that an option be added for "Update to pending tickets by requestor". The key is the additional option of "by requestor". I would like to see this added as an option for all of the notification options.

I will share that the reason for this request is that without this additional filter, the notification feature can become useless because there are too many notifications via Slack.
The optimal situation, IMHO, is that a notification is made only when updates are made to tickets "by the requestor".
I am not saying this should be the only option but it should be an added option to the existing list.
