Hi Zendesk Product Team,
Only 10 shortcuts that I have pre-registered in the chat will be displayed when I press the / list.
Although some of the characters in the shortcut name will appear if you type them in, you run the risk of losing track of the shortcut that actually exists.
Please consider enhancing the function so that all registered shortcuts are displayed.

Are you using agent workspaces or the chat dashboard and what do you mean by pre-registered?
Do you mean that you have say 30 shortcuts and only 10 show no matter what you type or that you only see 10 when you hit the /?
Personally we have over 50 shortcuts and having them all populate when you hit the / would be aweful. However, adding the shortcut letters will narrow it down accordingly. -

This is a shortcut registered at "Settings > Shortcuts".

The latter.
/ key is that you can only see up to 10 when you press the / key.> Personally we have over 50 shortcuts and having them all populate when you hit the / would be aweful. However, adding the shortcut letters will narrow it down accordingly.
I know that shortcut characters are narrowed down accordingly, but you need to know in advance which shortcuts are registered.
In my team, a lot of members use chat, but sometimes when you press / and only see 10, you don't know which shortcuts are present.
Therefore, we hope that the number of displays when / is pressed will increase.
