Can Agents follow Organizations?

    Hello Hope Saldana!

    Thanks for joining AMA! I found this app that you can use to add custom user field and organization field to CC your agents when a ticket is created from an organization. It's called Carbon Copier.

    Otherwise, adding tags to organizations and use that on your trigger condition works as well. Tags added to the organization level get added to the created tickets.
