Zendesk Guide : Preview Not Consistent with Live Site
I am making updates to the Printed output for Articles in the Guide. When I view a preview of the changes I have made, everything looks as designed. However, when I close the preview and (in so doing) view the live site, it does not look exactly the same as the preview. I am certain that I am making the changes in the theme that is live, so how is it even possible that the changes do not render consistently?
(Not that it matters, but the change in question has to do with the addition of a logo in the upper right-hand corner of printed output. In the preview, the logo appears just as it should. However, in the live site, although the logo does appear, there is a thin border above it that simply should not be there.)

Hey Marco,
Can you confirm that you've enabled the Display unsafe content option within your Guide settings? More information here: Allowing unsafe HTML in articles
It's possible that this option is disabled which is affecting your logo rendering properly.
Let me know if that's not the case.
Cheers!

Thanks for the reply, Brett. I actually managed to resolve the central issue in the live printed output; I needed to set the Display property to 'none' for one of the components on the page. That said, it remains a mystery to me as to why things looked fine in the preview, but not in the live site.
