We are having an issue with Zendesk Explore. I sent an email 12 days ago and nothing. I can't find any information with the.. annoying.. answer bot or on here. I've just seen one similar thread, and they also had no reply from Zendesk, just a community manager telling him to email (which he'd already done hence. why he was here asking about his reply).
Our report is randomly assigning stats to agents, even on their days off. It's really affecting our reporting. How long do I need to wait for an email back? 12 days seems quite long!
