Zendesk Support Not Replying? How Long Do I Wait?

    12 days is too long, usually it's way faster (although I also have some tickets that have been untouched for over a month but these are quite complicated ones). Contact someone on their personal email, if you've got one, or give them a call (https://www.zendesk.de/contact/).

    Sadly, not everyone has their personal email addresses and if you live in the US there is no number to call them.

    Also, Gareth that is hilarious.

    I hope I tagged an incorrect Gareth again. lol
