Very unhappy with the fact that when you are migrating tickets from one instance to another, there is not an API end-point for the audit logs found on each ticket. During that migration process, we realized that there was no way to bring over the tracking of actions taken on each ticket (audit log found in the events section) - that is a massive amount of lost important data. So you can migrate some ticket information but not all of it - that is ridiculous and VERY unsatisfactory. This needs to be a top priority, the audit log shouldn't even be an offered feature if there isn't seamless migration capability.
