Currently as an administrator I am only able to access dashboards that have been shared with me. This makes managing our Explore account difficult. If another user needs access to a dashboard, the dashboard creator must first share it with the administrator team, or take own those administration responsibilities themselves. This also limits visibility into what our users are working on, and requires users take extra steps if they need support. We are currently trying to manage this by asking users to share dashboards when they are created, but the ideal solution is that an Explore role would exist that gives access to all dashboards (plus queries & datasets) on an account.
