Why two customer service will receive a user at the same time

    Hi lin,

    Zendesk is not set up to allow an end-user's chats to go to more than one agent at a time, if that is what you are referring to.

    We would definitely recommend clearing cache/cookies, and disabling any browser extensions/add-ons and trying again. If you are able to test in a different browser, and/or on a different network that would also be a good idea.
