Create query to calculate inbound support tickets

    Hey Ravin,

    If I'm understanding your use-case correctly, you could use the End User Comments in the Support: Ticket Updates dataset which will count each comment individually. That should get you relatively close to what you're looking for.

    You can then apply a date filter to narrow down these results.
