I would like to create a query to track ticket created(New) and ticket replied(by customer). Basically, I want to know the total workload for the day which normally consists of new emails + emails replied by customers(which were sent previously). Email replied should count as total instead of unique results. E.g : Ticket 'A' replied twice by a customer on the same day, should count as 2 instead of 1.
How do I go about creating a query for this? Thank you in advance.
