I would like to request a 4 or 6 hour session expiration time frame.
I'm finding that some of our agents are showing last logins of many days ago, but my hunch is that they're using the app, and checking it last thing, and first thing in their day and doing so means they are never logged out.
This creates noise in the 'last assignee login' metric, because it confuses my over-achievers with those who are out sick or on leave.
This is currently with the session expiration time set at 8 hours. However, the next smallest increment is 30 minutes, which is too aggressive.
I am hoping to have something in between those two along the lines of 4 or 6 hours.
