How can I prevent an email from being sent to the requestor when I create a ticket using the zendesk API?

    Hey There,

    The email notifications which go out from tickets are linked to the triggers in your account. You will need to look at making an adjustment to your trigger to stop the email notification from going out in whatever scenario you are testing. 

    Admin > Business Rules > Triggers

    Hopefully, this will put you on the right path from there.
