Our Client Success Team onboard our clients using the Jira integration from Zendesk.
Has anyone been able to build an Explore report that breaks down the following:
- Ticket ID
- Linked Jira ID's
- Linked Jira ID's Subject Line
- Linked Jira ID's Status
I would like to keep all reporting in Zendesk and be able to provide detailed reporting on how our CS Team are performing based on linked Jira tasks.
