I need few clarifications for the below with respect to Slack Zendesk integration,
1. I would like to use agents names along with the groups in the Assignee field, while creating tickets from slack app.
2. Need following fields added to the Zendesk Create a ticket form from slack app - Product, Severity and Request Type.
3. How to Post Zendesk ticket updates based on domains to respective Slack channels.
