Updated "Hours since Assignee update" condition to take the value of "Hours since assigned" or "Hours since Ticket Creation" if there is no value for the "Hours since Assignee update"
Currently, the "Hours since Assignee update" does not provide a value and therefore does not work, if the Assignee has not updated the ticket at all. This causes issues as Admins an automation will not work correctly if the Assignee has not yet updated the ticket.
Reason for Post:
After talking to Support at Zendesk, there are unable to provide a workaround for this issue. They have suggested I post this here to see if anyone can come up with a workaround and for the feature to potentially be added in the future.
