New Zendesk user here, and trying to find answers to all of my questions. Apologies if this has been answered already (but I couldn't find it in search!).
I have multiple external emails I'm trying to forward through Zendesk. I was able to send my default support to the support@zendesk email, but when looking to forward a business email address to a separately created business@zendesk support email, it only seems to allow me to forward to support@zendesk when I go through the "add external email" process. I don't know if I'm missing something, but any help would be appreciated.
