Ability to set a reminder on a ticket

I know that I can accomplish this by using the tip I posted. But, I really believe that this is something that should be simple and easy in the Guide Admin menu to do.
I really don’t believe that a Zendesk Admin should have to learn web design to add some icons to their category name.
That is why I have posted it as a feature request. There should be no need for a workaround for this simple feature.
