Feature Request: Ability to set a reminder on a ticket

    I get the frustration. Really I do.
    But, it definitely won’t happen if we don’t try.

    I know. I know. It shouldn’t be on all of us. But, those are the cards we were dealt. So, if they are leaving it up to us to gather support for the most wanted features then I will at least try and do that.

    I know that I can accomplish this by using the tip I posted. But, I really believe that this is something that should be simple and easy in the Guide Admin menu to do.
    I really don’t believe that a Zendesk admin should have to learn web design to add some icons to their category name.

    That is why I have posted it as a feature request. There should be no need for a workaround for this simple feature.
