Have you set the CNAME record to point at your zendesk URL as per this article?

I've reached out to our community managers James as I have a feeling if you have set the CNAME record correctly this might require help from Zendesk support to get resolved.

Thanks for the response, Phil! We've got it pointed at our subdomain, but without the /hc ... curious if that'd make the difference.

Thanks for reaching out for me. I've got an open ticket as well, but they haven't replied back yet. :\

Everything after the subdomain isn't required for the CNAME record. I've just got a message that one of our managers is looking into this now so hopefully you'll be back up and running soon :)

Thank you! I didn't think it was, but wanted to check. I'll keep an eye out and see what the manager does!

Thanks Devan! I put in my own ticket about 4 hours ago and haven't received a reply yet. Here's hoping your ticket does some magic.
