Trying to calculate percentage on a datatip based on tickets solved within a ticket category vs. total tickets solved

    Hi Matt, 


    Thanks for reaching out! Sounds like you're on the right track. You will need to calculate this percentage using a standard calculated metric. Once created, you'll want to add this calculated metric as a tooltip as shown below: 

    Using this calculated metric as a tooltip will prevent it from being displayed on the query. You can then go to chart configuration>>datatips and add this into the datatips text box to view when hovering over your chart.
