Are there ways for certain skills to override other skills? For example, in our company we have two very important skill differentiators: language skills and billing skills. Oftentimes this will lead to a ticket being tagged with two sets of skills (perhaps Japanese and Billing) but since I don't have a Japanese Billing specialist, this ticket will get missed.
I would love a way to say that X skill supersedes all other skills and if X skill is applied to a ticket, all other skills should be removed. As of now, I don't think this is possible. If it is, can someone tell me how to make that possible, please?
