Feature Request: Add Zendesk Organization Feedback Section/Topic

    Hi Alejandro -

    When we've had such topics in the past, they have received very low participation and then ultimately been archived. If you have feedback on the community, you may provide it here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360046934693-Provide-your-feedback-and-ideas-for-this-community-

    If it's on other aspects or areas of the product, that feedback is best provided to your account representative.

    Asking for Zendesk Users to post feedback as a comment in a post is not ideal for the whole point of feedback. 

    If the requests we are posting are supposed to be voted on and shown support then I would assume they would need to be searchable. As you have previously mentioned, that does not happen for comments in a post. 

    So, if Zendesk would rather not create that topic then I would assume Zendesk users should continue to post Zendesk specific feedback wherever they feel it fits.

    Hi Alejandro - 

    The community is for product support, product feedback, and learning about how to use Zendesk products. If you have feedback about our processes outside of improvements to be made to the community, those should be communicated to your account representative so that they can be funneled to the appropriate inputs. 

    We always appreciate hearing how we can make the community experience better for our users, and do appreciate that feedback. Users can vote on individual comments. Should we start receiving so much feedback on it that it warrants more than a thread, we'll consider opening a topic.
