Feature Request: Include the Browser Information in the original Ticket Creation Message

Feature Request:
Include the Browser Information in the original Ticket Creation Message. Currently, when a user creates a ticket via the web widget, the url they are on is included on the ticket submission for our agents to see.
Use Case:
If the browser information were provided in the original message this would allow my agents to save time from having to search for it in the events of the ticket.
