When creating an article that says, " the Zendesk platform cannot do something" add a link to a feature request for that feature and create one if there is not one.
Currently, it is left to the end-user to create a feature request. This can be a double-edged sword as it also relies on the end-user to create a feature request.
If there is a known request that facilitates the need to create an article specifically referencing the fact that the platform cannot do something, then it should really also be created as a feature request if it has not been and linked in the article. This would allow the end-users to find the article concerning the lack of functionality and also make it easier to vote for the feature request.
