Zendesk Request: When creating an article that says Zendesk cannot do something, add a link to a feature request for that feature

    One thing that I had not thought about was the fact that a lot of times the community team will say they are taking feedback in the comments directly to the product teams. 

    That is probably another instance where a feature request should be made on their behalf. This would allow the Zendesk community to vote on it and show their support. 

    Otherwise, there is no way to see if the request was submitted but also to stay up to date on the request as well.
