I'd like to create a query to find the number of tickets where the user has sent multiple replies before the agent has sent any. We send a ticket received auto-responder when we receive any new ticket and what I'd like to determine is how many users reply to that auto-responder before we have sent our first reply. Has anyone done something similar or have any advice?
