Creating dedicated ticket pools for each agent
AnsweredI want to create for each agent a personal ticket pool, dedicated.
I will assign them tickets from the general folder, then I want them to manage their dedicated tickets only, in their pool.
Is there a way to set it?

Once a ticket is assigned to an agent, it appears in their dashboard, and not in other agents dashboards. You could create a group for each agent, but just assigning it to them might be enough.
