You broke CTRL + CLICK functionality in search results
AnsweredIf I use CTRL + CLICK on tickets in any view within Zendesk, it opens the tickets within Zendesk in a single browser tab. Nice and simple, works well.
However when I CTRL + CLICK on tickets from the search results instead of a view, it opens a new browser tab with the ticket as well as opening the ticket in Zendesk. To make matters even worse, it steals focus from the search results and shifts focus to the ticket that I clicked on.
So now I have to tediously wait for the ticket I clicked on to load, watch the loading animation that takes way longer than it used to, then move back to the search results and watch ANOTHER loading animation. When I've finally loaded up all the tickets I want to review and I'm done, I then have to then go back and close all of the extra tabs that Zendesk spawned in my browser.
This is crushingly broken and is severely impacting my workflow because I have to open multiple tickets from search results every day, all day. Whatever changes you're making to your interface has somehow made it even slower to load which is an impressive achievement because it was already pretty bloated and slow.
Please consider rolling back whatever changes you made this week or get this fixed.

This is literally making it impossible for me to do my job when I have to go through thousands of search results based on keyword searches.
