Request to improve Chat's "20 seconds to 2 minutes" timeout value
Hi Zendesk Product Team,
As noted below, the session will time out within 20 seconds to 2 minutes, but at this time It feels short.
Can you set up a timeout value that can be changed, or make it 10 minutes?
