    Marta Jacuk-Zurak the search UI was recently updated and it introduced some bugs with the side conversations display. We're aware of this and are working on a fix.

    Marta Jacuk-Zurak did you happen to search for "Mosquito" in that screenshot? I think it may be tags for highlighting the search term. We'll have to look into that.

    I noticed that the 'Side conversation subject' is working as expected, but the 'Ticket subject' is not populated at all:

    The Side Conversation 'Mosquito 3' and 'Mosquito 4'  has been created today.

    Hi,

    Also noticed that the search is showing the status of Side Conversation ticket next to Main ticket ID:

     

    It is a little bit confusing for me: I am assuming that the status and ID are connected, but in this situation -they're not

     

    Other thing, I opened Side Conversation Child ticket and in search it is showing Main Ticket (and status from the Child Ticket) - it should not showing in this case a child ticket ID?

    Hi @Toby Sterret,

    Have you got a chance to look at it and let me know when it will be corrected? I hear that the Side Conversation new features should be released this month, but I do not really think it is possible?

    Hello Marta. I'm the engineer who's been working on this issue, and I think I've got a fix. It just went out to production, so the problem should be fixed for new side conversations, and I'm working my way through older data, so search results for older side conversations should become correct over the next hour or so. Apologies for any trouble we've caused here, and please let us know if it comes up again.
