I am visually impaired and use a screen reader called Nvda.
Firstly, I'd like to commend the Zendesk team for making the product accessible for people like me, it means that I can now work in a CallCenter well being totally blind.
However, there is one small issue I'm facing.
I can't select task this position with the arrow keys on my keyboard, when I try to choose the correct one, the computer will Jump to a completely unrelated field in the task and this makes it difficult to raise a task to the correct department..
I was just wondering if this is a problem you have ever come across before with screen readers?
I have also seen a list of keyboard shortcuts, and I was just wondering if any more have been added since that list was created?
