    I'm sorry this is happening to you. I'm going to pull this into a ticket so I can get more detailed information about your account in order to troubleshoot this issue. You should get an email shortly with the details of the ticket.

    Thanks for looking into this for me.

    The dashboard is called 'Complaint Tracker' if you want to have a look at it. There doesn't seem to be any consistency to when this is sent out twice and I've only had it happen to me once whereas my colleagues who it also goes out to have had this happen a few times. Over the last few days it's also not emailed out at all on a couple of occasions too. Very strange!
