    Hi Ash,

    Unfortunately in your case, this works as designed. Currently you can have multiple Zendesk tabs open, but it's the intention to only have one Zendesk Browser tab open.

    Check out Quicktab for Chrome to see how you can work from one browser tab.

    wow that's a horrible way to pigeonhole users into a specific work flow. i'm going to need to undo a deep-seated mindset in order to adjust to just using one tab at a time. this will be quite the ride....
