    Hi Nicole,

    Unfortunately the Explore recipe you sent me doesn't really talk about how to get time the tag is added or who added the tag.

    I can see someone asks and a community manager says it isn't possible, so is that still the case? And if so can it be put as a feature request for explore?

    Ah, yes, this report can help you understand things like the frequency with which a macro is used, but I've double checked, and Graeme is correct; the time a tag was added and by whom are not datasets available in Explore. I also looked into the ticket events Audit Log, but tag data isn't tracked there, either. 

    To create a feature request, you'll want to follow the product feedback guidelines and post in the Feedback on Explore topic.
