    My apologies for the delay on this. We have been overwhelmed with requests during this time. 

    We released v1.4.6 for the Chat iOS SDK which includes a fix for the "could not connect" error but it looks like you are already using the updated version as you stated here.

    I'd recommend raising a ticket with our Support folks to look into our logs and see if there's any traffic coming to us at all when this error happens.
