    I'm sorry to hear about this. Let's try to isolate where the issue is coming, have you consider this step since most issues resolved by clearing your browser cache & cookies and then try testing it out again?

    If the mentioned behavior continues, I'd recommend raising a ticket with our Support Team with additional information and screenshots to take a closer look into this on your behalf.
