Number in all solved tickets view decreases over time.

    Hi Steve, 

    What you are likely seeing is ticket archiving.  Tickets in a Closed status do not display in Views after 120 days. The link above includes the channels you can use that aren’t impacted by archiving so you can get the real number as well.
