API to View all Agents

    Hi Rafael,

    To clarify, you are trying to get a list of all of your Chat agents?

    I ask because the ticket and user endpoints you refer to sound like Support endpoints. I am wondering if you're either using the Chat agent endpoint when you mean to be using the one for Support, or if you are not an Owner, Admin, or Agent for your Chat instance.
