We have many articles with the same name because they apply to multiple categories. Generally, this is fine, but it becomes incredibly confusing when they start populating in the Related Articles and Recently Viewed Articles sections because you don't know which one to click. This is a problem for all visitors.
We want to solve this by simply displaying each article's breadcrumb, but that does not seem to be possible. For example, the html link returned for Related Articles does not include any way to identify it. Instead, it looks like this:
<a href="/hc/en-us/related/click?data=BAh7CjobZGVzdGluYXRpb25fYXJ0aWNsZV9pZGwrCNpZRdJTADoYcmVmZXJyZXJfYXJ0aWNsZV9pZGwrCMUMI9NTADoLbG9jYWxlSSIKZW4tdXMGOgZFVDoIdXJsSSI6L2hjL2VuLXVzL2FydGljbGVzLzM2MDAxMDA0NTkxNC1nZXQtc3RhcnRlZC1hcnRpY2xlLTEGOwhUOglyYW5raQY%3D" rel="nofollow">managing bookmarks</a>
Below is an example of how our help center looks now versus how we wish it would display. As you can see, without the breadcrumbs, it's impossible to know which article corresponds to which category. In comparison, the breadcrumbs make it immediately clear.
We wish there were a way to display the breadcrumbs for Related Articles and Recently Viewed Articles to help users more easily navigate our help center.
