How can customer review their ticket history without Guide?
Is there any way to allow customers to review their ticket history without setting up Guide/Help Center (that's the same thing, right?)
Is there any way to be able to provide ticket history for the customers in their account on our website, with an API or something like that?

Sure you can use Zendesk Support REST API or Mobile SDK to do this.
