We have a nice working integration where we can see Google Play reviews. In the Google Play developer console we can see the device info, like Manufacture/device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy J2) and Operating system version (e.g.OS Android 8.1). This information it not available in our ZenDesk tickets, only the App version is available and that it not enough to run support.
Where in ZenDesk can we configure the fields we need from Google Play?
