Japanese number for Talk server
Is the verification information for the Japanese number submitted in the community? I have submitted it for 4 days and I haven't received a response yet. Is zendesk support under review or not received at all

I see both of the tickets you submitted to Support; we are currently experiencing high ticket volumes and responses are delayed. This is not something we will be able to assist you with in the community, but I encourage you to initiate a chat with our support agents as the chat queue is currently more responsive than asynchronous tickets.

What should i do if i want to initiate a chat with support agents as the chat queue ?I can't find the entrance to the chat。

Hi Moliwei,
Just log in to your support account and click the "help" tab on the lower right-hand side of the interface. From there, select the product area you want to talk about, and that will open a chat with an agent.
