Hey there Caye! Great call-out about date formatting.

How comfortable do you feel about using Liquid markup as a backup? Liquid markup is what powers the ticket field placeholders, but you're able to do some awesome stuff with it, including changing the display format of dates and timestamps using this date filter.

Feel free to copy this entire placeholder: {{ ticket.ticket_field_yourfieldhere | date: "%B %d, %Y" }}.  Once you can find your date field ID, put that into the line of Liquid code and that should hopefully do the trick.

Not as pretty as a UI option, but that should patch things up for the time being.  Hope that helps!

Hi Austin, thank you so much, it worked! I just wish this info was more readily available, I didn't know we can just format it like that :)

Editing our macros now. Thank you again!

This is great!  I had just started looking for a way to resolve this too, so i'm really glad to have come across this thread!  I've now changed my macros, and it's worked a treat, thank you so much!
