Email w/ attachments aren't received

    Hey AJ, 

    In the Support Admin > Settings > Tickets > Settings tab, there is an Attachments section. You might want to play with these settings a little. I found that disabling the "Include attachments in emails" worked better for me, but you might find the opposite. I would say play with these 3 settings first to see if that does the trick.
