Having an issue with sending emails with attachments. We use gmail to send emails and a number of our clients have whitelisted our email server so that emails don't go to spam. When a standard ticket/email is sent, the message is received by these clients. However, when an attachment is included, the ticket/email is received only some of the time. I tested this and see the following from my email with pictures here. Any possible solutions here? (coming here because the various tickets I've written in to zendesk have gone without replies in 2 weeks!)
