Hi, guyz :)
I'm using Zendesk WEb SDK for adding a support chat for a website (i was provided with a snippet for this by my client), but it usually falls with an error into console saying "Zendesk Chat Web SDK: Error: init: Visitor has been banned". And also every once in a while chat loads successfully, despite i'm using always the same PC, same connection and everything is the same.
What can be the issue?
